Customer Agrees to: • I agree that I must sign a liability release before Wilderness Aware can shuttle my vehicle. • I agree to provide a vehicle in good working condition and to notify Wilderness Aware of any mechanical peculiarities. • I agree to provide a vehicle with sufficient gasoline and other fluids. • I agree to hold Wilderness Aware and its employees harmless for any damages to the vehicle which may occur in executing the shuttle. • I agree to reimburse Wilderness Aware for any necessary repair and/or towing expenses required to deliver the vehicle to the requested location. • I agree to notify Wilderness Aware of any changes to this shuttle request. Wilderness Aware Rafting agrees to: • Deliver the vehicle to location requested prior to the requested time. • Exercise caution with customer's vehicle.
