We are very proud of the job our staff does at
Wilderness Aware. We love hearing about our guest's experiences and we often
get letters and poetry from folks after their trip..
We also survey every guest on every trip with a post-trip "Customer Comment
Card".
Our customer comment cards are the eyes and ears of
our management team. We specifically ask for critical feedback after every
trip. We have found this to be a great tool for training our staff on a daily
basis. This is our primary tool in achieving our
mission
statement goal of exceeding your expectations.
