Sample Four Day Inn to Inn Trip Itinerary:

Day 1: After enjoying a continental breakfast at our office, we raft eight miles through the continuous rapids of the Narrows section and stay at a comfortable bed-and-breakfast located near the river. Since our first day is short, we include a horseback ride or a gentle scenic downhill mountain bike ride on the old Midland Railroad Grade. Your evening meal is served at one of Buena Vista’s most popular restaurants.

Day 2: After breakfast at the inn, we raft through Browns Canyon – Colorado’s most popular rafting section. Our destination for the night is the town of Salida, home of Colorado’s largest historic district. Enjoy your evening walking the quaint streets of downtown Salida before enjoying dinner at one of the many fine restaurants.

Day 3: Depending on the group’s preference, we may raft Upper or Lower Bighorn Sheep Canyons, the Royal Gorge or even the Numbers. You will stay another night in beautiful and scenic Salida, where you will enjoy another wonderful dinner at a different restaurant.

Day 4: Again, depending on the group’s preference, we will raft Bighorn Sheep Canyon, the Royal Gorge, the Numbers or even enjoy a quick trip in duckies (inflatable kayaks). You will return to our Buena Vista office at the end of the day where you can check out your photos and purchase a special souvenir from our retail store.
